Lemon Cookies
These lemon cookie are so tasty, little crispy and soft all at the same time.
Cream butter and sugar, then add all wet ingredients to the creamed butter and sugar. Mix all dry ingredients together and then add them to the wet ingredients, mix until batter comes together. I use a 3/4 ounce scoop, you can go smaller if you want. Don't forget to roll the balls of cookie dough into the sugar. Place them on the cookie sheet, make sure you leave enough room for them to spread. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes. Let cool and then enjoy.
