OK, tomorrow is Easter and I am cooking dinner for two instead of three, what we have here is the making of a quick and easy dinner. On the menu tomorrow will be:

1. Parmesan Crusted Fish
2. Garlic Butter Rice
3. Carrot Souffle'
Dessert: Lemon Ice Box Pie

Recipes and video will be posted of the menu.
