Good cupcake shop, but there is more icing than cake on these cupcakes. Let there be more cake, its good cake!!🎂😀

A really fun way to spice up your cheese display at home, with a pumpkin shape cheese ball. You can make it as small or as large as you like. 8 oz cream cheese sofened 4 oz shredded yellow cheese What ever seasoning you prefer, I used 3 tbsp of mild salsa salt to taste pepper to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 bag Doritos Nacho cheese 1 stem of a bell pepper Mix all ingredients together except Doritos and bell pepper stem Let ingredients chill for 15 minutes, roll into a ball. Crush Doritos so the cheese ball can be rolled into them. Once cheese ball is covered in Doritos, place cheese ball on serving tray and use the bell pepper stem and gently push down into the top of the cheese ball. Serve with crackers.

I just love it when something catches my eye. Unsure of who made the cake design but I think I will take a shot in trying to make one. The Danny bells version is coming soon!

A good way to start off your morning with a slice and a hot cup of coffee.

Love this cool and refreshing dessert. 4 eggs 4 egg yolks, keep the whites 4 lemons, zest and juice 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1/4 cup of sugar 1 tsp vanilla Cook the 4 eggs, 4yolks, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and zest on meduim heat until becomes a thick pudding, constantly stiring. 10 mins. Strain lemon curd through fine strainer, let cool. Whip egg whites and 1/4 cup of remaining sugar to stiff peaks, fold into cooled lemon curd. Whip heavy whipping cream and vanilla to stiff peaks, fold into lemon curd and egg whites. Plate up and refrigerate until ready to serve.
