I have been living in Memphis over 4 years. And the best place to go and get sushi and Japanese Thai Asian AmerIcan cuisine is Sea Bistro, 830 N. Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN.

Looking outside, who knows what tomorrow will bring. Turning in my two weeks notice on Friday, I don't like to gamble but here goes nothing, and I don't even have another job yet. I want to work some where I will be happy, not stressed, tired, and on the verge of having a stroke. Sending out my resume to everyone I can think of, wish me luck.

It has been a long year, wanting to try some new things in my life, a new job, new recipes, even trying my hand at a little weight loss. Doing pretty good on the weight loss in the past 3 months I have over 32 pounds, not to bad. I am in the process of looking for a new job, something that I can express my skills in. Recipes are a whole different story. Pizza from scratch anyone, or how about a deli wrap?
